Shifter *Premier Connection*

Follow the instructions below to set up your inventory feed through Shifter.


  1. In the Shifter app, go to the Service-Tiers page and locate the Locally card. Retailers must contact Shifter to activate the Locally option.
  2. Once the Locally option is activated, retailers will see an interface where they can input the personalized email address provided by Locally.
    • You can find your unique email address in your Locally account under the "Email Method" section here.
  3. After entering and saving the email address, Shifter will automatically send a CSV file every 24 hours containing the EAN (European Article Number) and stock quantity. Retailers can also manually trigger an email send at any time.
  4. Once these steps are complete, send an email to Locally support at Support@Locally.com so we can help finalize connecting your inventory feed with your store on Locally.
