Shopify *Premier Connection*

We’re excited to introduce our enhanced Locally for Shopify connection! This new solution is designed to make syncing your Shopify inventory with Locally seamless. In the interim, our trusted partners have been supporting Shopify users with alternative methods, which remain available below.

Connecting Shopify POS with Locally

Our Locally Sales Channel app is now available for Shopify POS users, offering a streamlined way to sync inventory with Locally. Follow the steps below to set up and use this integration.

Please note that installing the Shopify x Locally Sales Channel will automatically opt you into online purchases for in-store pickup. If you aren't interested in this feature, we'd recommend using one of the third-party apps listed at the end of this article instead.

Getting Started with Locally Sales Channel

  1. Compatibility Requirements:

    • Shopify POS Only: This app is designed for Shopify POS users only. If you use Shopify as a website or e-commerce platform without POS, this app will not sync your inventory with Locally.
    • Locally Account Setup: Ensure your Locally account is claimed and that you are logged in to Locally before installing the app. This allows the app to correctly pull your store data.
  2. Install the App: Start by installing the Locally Sales Channel app from the Shopify App Store.

Adding Products to Locally Sales Channel

To include your products in the Locally Sales Channel:

  1. Select Your Shop: Start by selecting the shop you want to use.
  2. Go to Products: Click on Products on the left sidebar.
  3. Select All Products: Check the box to select all products.
  4. More Actions: Click on More actions.
  5. Include in Sales Channels: Select Include in sales channels.
  6. Select Locally Sales Channel: Ensure Locally Sales Channel is selected.
  7. Include Products: Click Include products to complete the process.

Syncing Inventory

Once your products are included, ensure that “Locally Sales Channel” is selected within Shopify for accurate syncing between Shopify POS and Locally. Then reach out to support@locally.com and let us know that you have sent us your inventory. We will get your file connected on our end.
