LightspeedEVO *Premier Connection*

Locally is excited to share two automated inventory options to connect your LightspeedEVO feed with your store on Locally. This article provides step-by-step instructions for retailers to set up these connections and ensure accurate syncing of inventory data.

Option 1: Custom Reports Integration

Step 1: Create a Dropbox Folder

  1. Set up a Dropbox folder named "Locally_StoreName" (replace "StoreName" with your store's actual name).
  2. Share the folder with dropbox@locally.com.

Step 2: Accessing Custom Reports in Lightspeed EVO

  1. Log in to your Lightspeed account.
  2. Navigate to the "System" section.
  3. Select "All Custom Reports."

Step 3: Creating a Custom Report

  1. Click on "Create Report" to start creating a custom report.
  2. Choose the following information for the feed:
    • UPC Code
    • On Hand Quantity
    • Active Price
    • Store Name

Step 4: Configuring Report Properties

  1. Go to "Report Properties."
  2. Remove all pre-set selections and select OK.

Step 5: Selecting Report Format

  1. While scheduling the report, choose the ".CSV" format.

Step 6: Scheduling the Report

  1. Schedule the report to run at specific intervals.
  2. Under "Task Repetition," select "Day" and enter "1" to run the report daily.

Step 7: Naming and File Destination

  1. On the next screen, provide a name for the file. It's recommended to using your store name as the file name.
  2. Choose your Dropbox folder as the destination for the file.

Step 8: Notifying Locally Support

  1. Send an email to the Locally support team at Support@Locally.com.
  2. Let them know that you have completed the steps for setting up the feed from Lightspeed EVO.
  3. The Locally support team will review your file and ensure that everything is syncing correctly with your store.

Option 2: Lightspeed EVO's 4994581 3PA API Connection

Locally, is also excited to introduce a seamless API integration for LightspeedEVO.

  1. Provide Locally with your Parts Inventory API credentials. Obtain these credentials by contacting your Lightspeed Sales Team and requesting the 4994581 3PA Inventory endpoint line.
  2. If you do not have this endpoint enabled, you can purchase the license from LightspeedEVO for $110/month.
  3. Email your API credentials to support@locally.com, and we will enable the connection for you.
