If you're using Lightspeed X-Series (formerly Vend) and want to connect your inventory to Locally, here's how to get started.
Step 1: Generate Your Personal Access Token
To authorize the connection, you'll need to create a Personal Access Token in your Lightspeed X account.
- Log in to your Lightspeed X admin account.
- Follow these instructions to generate your token:

Copy the token and keep it somewhere safe. You’ll need to share it with us.
Step 2: Find Your Store URL
Your store URL is usually in this format: “https://yourstore.retail.lightspeed.app”
Step 3: Send Us the Details
Once you have your Personal Access Token and store URL, email them to Support@Locally.com and let us know you are wanting to connect your Lightspeed X inventory.
We'll begin the setup and follow up with you once your connection is in place or if we need anything else.
