Submit a "Direct" product feed to Locally

If you are interested in having shoppers directed to your website to complete their purchase but are unable to participate with Locally through an affiliate network as described here, you may be eligible to submit a product feed directly to Locally. Please contact support@locally.com to be submit your request and become approved. 

Once approved, please use the following instructions to create your feed and sales report.  

Create the feed

Create a file containing the following columns:

1. UPC (or EAN/GTIN) 
2. URL 
3. Price

In the URL, provide a tracking id that your site will be able to use to identify that Locally was the referrer. For example, you may choose to add `utm_source=locally` to the end of all URLs. An example file looks like this:

You may use any column headers. 

Send the feed

Schedule the feed to generate at least once a day, and deposit it onto the Locally SFTP location using the credentials you have been provided with. 

Sales Reporting

Provide a report to Locally monthly containing all sales attributable to the Locally referral tag. This must include, at a minimum, brand name, UPC/EAN/GTIN, amount, and date. Additionally, all Locally referrals will contain a unique Locally tracking id that append on the referring URL. Please capture that and include this id in your sales reporting. 

Locally will invoice you for associated network fees (3.5%) monthly.
